RSA EP Render contains a higher polymer content which offers superior bonding. It is available in a grey or off-white cement base with pre-bonded (10% wet bond equivalent) properties. It is purpose designed for excellent adhesion to lightweight substrates such as expanded polystyrene (EPS) and autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) substrates along with clay bricks and concrete blocks.

This easy-to-use render is polymer modified offering greater flexibility to handle the movement of polystyrene and fibre cement substrates. It also provides superior impact resistance.

It has a slightly less rigid formulation and extended hang times to allows for the bedding in of mesh to reinforce the render.
